Who We Serve
VOYCE offers advocacy services to the 22,000 individuals who reside in more than 350 skilled nursing, assisted living and residential care communities in Greater St. Louis and northeast Missouri. More than 50% of these individuals have no one to advocate on their behalf.
VOYCE also provides referral services to those making long-term care decisions. Whether it be skilled nursing, assisted living, or another solution, VOYCE’s VOYCEconnect service provides callers with the information they need to make the right decisions for their future.

VOYCE fulfills its mission as an advocate and information source in 21 counties, including the city of St. Louis and the counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson as well as the following 16 northeast Missouri counties: Adair, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, Schuyler, Scotland, Shelby and Warren.
